Once again good racing being ruined by poor stage design

To be fair this was not planned. Was supposed to be Galibier today but landslides happened. |

Only thing I dont understand is why they didnt it yesterday. Imo not so much the desgin (you simply cant make sawtooth profiles without valley roads and make headwinds go away....?), more so that Movistar just chose the wrong day. |

LOL ya if your team does not win because of bad riding, you can always blame the way the route is, because its not like the route is known right? |

Really retarded tactics by AG2R taking all attacks back with the whole team just to get empty at the top of Col de la Croix de Fer and let Froome taking important ponits. Only if they had Majka, Anacona and co ride away wouldnt be Froome able to win the KOM too |

Yep. Fun fact Froome bonked on Alpe d'Huez in 2013. Replay please. |

Yeah, also Valverde was too weak. If Valverde had been better, Quintana and he could've reached the top without Froome and things would've been different.
Froome had to catch up before the top and he did.
Say what you will, but Froome really did everything perfect this Tour and I have lots of respect for him during this Tour. |

There's even more flat/false downhill after the Galibier than here. Croix de Fer is a marginal improvement

Turbo Thomas has been downgraded below Roche in the Skyborg ranks. From hero to zero |
