Kennaugh did give Michael Rasmussen some hard feelings today telling him his a shame to the cycling sport . In front of Norweigian broadcast. Rasmussen made a Tweet about the impressive Thomas which could have been misunderstood..
If SKY was clean they would not have reacted like that. One more to the thread.
I don't think it was misunderstood, it was just cryptic. I think the message was something like this "Track rider Thomas destroy the climber Quintana". I think i would react the same way as Peter did to be honest and why on earth would a doped rider even dare open his mouth and question a clean (?) rider anyway.
The tweet was clearly aimed at Thomas if you know Rasmussen, he was not just impressed at Thomas, but suspicious at the same time, understandably so. No matter what he says, it was kinda obvious that was how the tweet should be understood...
Anyways, I heard that story as well, which again goes to show how how pathetic they are. I actually liked Kennaugh, but man, Sky are just a bunch of hypocrites. Froome got thrown urine at him and Porte spitted at - on one hand, its disgraceful and completely out of bounds, but deep down, I aint even mad. As a matter of fact I found it amusing since I am a bad, bad person. |

Kennaugh has been a bit of a prick to both Kimmage and recently Daniel Lloyd. Don't have any time for him.
So what Rasmussen said that, nothing wrong with it, bit of a suggestion to get people thinking.

You Can say alot of Rasmussen and his past but he is doing some serious good things against doping. Therefore SKY should support him, not oppesite if they really are on the same team. Surprisingly theyre not.

Yep, I for one am very glad that he outed Hesjedal as the fraud that he is. The Vaughters/Garmin (particularly Hesjedal) line of 'Well here's a team of "ex-"dopers who were at dodgy teams but now they've joined a clean team and stopped doping and now that they've stopped doping they're getting much better results, and when it's been proven that some of these results have been backed by dodgy blood values, the dodgy blood values are attributable to machine calibration errors. Nothing to see here.' looked really solid after that

Talking about hate give birth to more hate. One day some who listen to the hate talk stop talking and think its right to do something in real.
That that was today when somebody (a hater) throw urin at Froome. What happend NeXT? You haters should think about what you partisipate in and what you legitimizes. You cant just keep talking about hate and Wonder when someone act.
Maybe he wanted to provide Froome with a clean sample, dunno?
No but seriously, throwing stuff at them is no way to treat the riders. Disgraceful stuff by the public.

What is up with Froome. All Jalabert did was to express doubts. Like "Chris Froome is very strong. Too strong? I could not say".
Blaming now the skeptical side of media for ONE nutjob throwing urine in his face and in turn he is using this event to clearly push his own agenda; which is for others, the critical media, to shut the fuck up and let him have an easy Tour. No questions asked please; or better, only ask questions that support his worldview.
Sure, he wants that everybody stays quiet and to rightly/wrongly believes him and SKY but on the other hand, he just has to expect that people have been burnt far too much by now and that his performances of himself and the team always raise doubts. It's the sport he has chosen to participate. It's the sport he knows. Why is SKY surprised by this questions, have they slept through the last decade...?!
If you want to win the Tour you have to live with those things. At least for now.

At least she was somewhat funny to hear back when Wiggins was the leader, but now...

I find it odd that the urine incident has not been confirmed yet.

So 99% of current teams in cycling?
After Armstrong literally every team said exactly what you are ranting about. |

In one week from now Froome will test positive for EPO and in his defence he blame the guy throwing it, "I got something in my mouth and there might be some EPO in his urine"....
But to answer your post, i heard some people saying the guy throw beer, not urine but idk.

Not to the extent of Garmin and Sky. They're the only teams that really try and force the idea of them being clean down everyone's throats. Of course others are in denial, if they're asked if they're doping they're not going to say yes, are they? It's just their rebuttal is not delivered with quite such hypocritical vehemence.

I don't find it odd. Unless it was filmed, it would be hard to prove. |
