I don't even know how you guys do this.
Played the game for about 30 minutes and only managed 34.8...

Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Your team safely made it to a local cafe in downtown Toyko.
For this Detour you have been given a restaurant menu written in Japanese.
Listed are 20 items: 5 Animals, 5 Food, and 10 Random.
(Blame Google Translate if some of these words aren't
completely correct because I know absolutely no Japanese. )
PM me back with the 5 order numbers you
believe to be Japanese animals/ food.
Time penalties will occur for the following:
1. Each missing/incorrect number. (+60 Minutes)
Plus each missing/incorrect number will play a big factor
at the start of the next leg.
1. Bike
2. Old Man
3. Rice
4. President
5. Noodles
6. Sea Snake
7. Tornado
8. Japanese Woodpecker
9. Igloo
10. Kakigori
11. Yakitori
12. Sika Deer
13. Money
14. Contador
15. Sushi
16. Newton
17. Amazing Race
18. Japanese Squirrel
19. Japan
20. Ussuri Brown Bear

F*ck i read Brown Bear as Brown Beer and assumed Drink wasn't Food. Still i did better than expected which is something! Though the mix of Hiragana and and Katakana threw me a bit, especially for rice which i know more often as 米 or 御飯. But it was a great and unique challenge which i wish i had more time to do but sh*t happens.

What a tough leg, many mistakes were made by many teams
but all that matters is to survive and advance to the next leg.
Not a problem for this team as they completed a near flawless leg
and get $50 added to their bank account for take the win.
The time gaps are massive, a little under 600 minutes
before 2nd and 3rd place arrive really close together.
An overall solid leg for this team gets them 4th place.
Over 1000 minutes later the next team arrives.
Only 3 teams left, the time gaps are huge between them.
The final 2 teams both screwed up on the Route Infos.
Luck for them, only one team can finish last.
Which means... spending extra time in Santiago doesn't pay off.
Spoiler 8th Place - 12751 Minutes
Roturn and Alakagom, with the Express Pass in your pocket,
you are the last team to arrive.
I'm sorry to tell you but... you have been eliminated from the race.
Thanks for participating and I hope you had fun playing.
The 5th leg is finished.
Complete results below. Rest up and see'ya tomorrow.

My translation said Hokkaido Brown Bear. I guess this is counted as well, isn`t it?
Edit: Well. Doesn`t matter anyway.
Perfect round this was.
Alakagom and his girls on the journey...
Just realized that we are still flying for 2 more days. ^^

That's what I get for copying the formula and not double checking it.

Task win
Surprised to see roturn/Alakagom eliminated, having probably been the strongest previously. I guess once you pick a plane, you can't change it, even if your choice is pretty terrible?

Welcome to the 6th leg of The Amazing Race!
The game clocks are reset and no money is given out this time.
Keep track of your own money because if you spend money
you don't have you will incur a 60 minute penalty.
No new destination for this leg, we are staying in...
Find Your Way Through The Night
You set off again in the middle of the night with a riddle about height.
This building towers over the rest of Toyko tonight.
Stop the Game Clock by PMing me your answer to this riddle (A,B,C,D, or E)
(A)
(B)
(C)
(D)
(E)
Mistakes at last leg's Detour and/or a mistake here will
increase the difficulty of the Road Block that will posted later today.

Game Clock is Stopped for this Road Block
To start, the correct answer to the Route Info was D - Toranomon Hills.
The key words being in Toyko and a building, not structure.
Now on to the Road Block. Japan is known for it's crazy games,
so let's continue that tendency. It's time to build your own tower.
Tower Block Game
The game is simple, stack blocks and don't let them fall off.
The goal is difficult, get the highest score among your fellow racers.
You have 12 hours from right now to submit a high score.
Rules:
1. You can replay the game as many times as you want
and the game clock is not running during this Road Block.
2. Only 1 high score per team and you can only submit once.
3. Submit by PM with a full screenshot with a PCM.Daily tab present.
Penalties:
1. -25% of your final score for incorrect Leg #6 Route Info answer.
2. -10% of your final score for each incorrect answer in Leg #5 Detour.
3. +30 Minutes for not mentioning who will be doing the Detour
in the same PM as the results screenshot.
Time:
1st Place | 60 Minutes | 2nd Place | 120 Minutes | 3rd Place | 180 Minutes | 4th Place | 240 Minutes | 5th Place | 300 Minutes | 6th Place | 360 Minutes | 7th Place | 420 Minutes | DNF | 500 Minutes |
