Where do I put the shirts in? I have a shirt I want to put in, but in a guide I have to go in CM_texture, but I dont have that folder.

No, but you can use the 2011 stuff, since the jersey is the same (there are 13 NCs for it in the 2011 Astana folder that comes with the game).
