Let's see how everyone develops, but you're probably right, Martin might get his 82 back. However I think the main reason he wasn't really dominant this season is the crappy PCM AI. Porte should also never beat an 81 TT rider at the WC ITT.

I forgot to mention: Only a max of three stat packs from research can be spent on one rider, of which only two can be the same kind.

Also I have thought about adding another research option: Recalculating the maximum a rider can reach. You might have noticed that some riders are stuck at a rather low maximum despite their high potential, like Kelderman who won't progress any further. The maximum for all riders were randomly calculated at the first season. Taking this option, a new max would be calculated for the rider and the higher one would be used for further development. Not sure if this should still be implemented this season but if the agreement on that is high, i could still edit the file. Just wanted to hear some opinions on that matter.

In my opinion, it's too late now. By the time we could use it, the riders would have gone through four seasons without progress already. Let's say they need another 3-4 season to reach their full potential, they'll be too close to the decline age by then.

How much the training adds to a certain stat relatively to other stats of that group.

You can't use the sort function in the "Riders" table.
Sort them by ID again and then it should probably work..

Research can also be sent in at a later point but then you can't get research on Potential and Potion of Youth.
