Free Agents Round 1
So, let's start with the transfers. This season we'll have three rounds of transfers. The first two each including a FA bidding and a part with transfers between teams. The last round will only have a FA bidding for teams who didn't fill up their team yet.
The first Free Agent biding file is here:

The rules (fyi the file works exactly the same like last season)
Transfer sheet guide:
1. Put your team ID in H2, you will see your budget popping up. You'll find your team ID in table teams.
2. You can manage your budget and decide how much you want to pay on scouting and research. Put a number from 0 to 100 in Talent focus. The higher the number the higher the money you get for scouting. In the research box you put actually the money you want to keep for research. Research files will be given to you after the transfer season. You can research on stats and other things that could benefit you.
Important: You don't have to decide now how much you want to keep for each of that, it is only included so you can plan ahead how much will remain if you spend something on research and scouting.
3. Bidding on a rider:
1. Put the wage you want to pay in column E, it can't be under the minimum wage, displayed in column F.
2. In column D next to it your team ID will then be displayed.
3. If you have done everything right, there will be a green light in column H.
In the tab DB, you can check the stats of all riders before bidding.
4. The number of riders displayed in J3 represents the minimum number of riders you have to sign until the end of the transfer period, you are free to sign more. WT teams need at least 25 riders, CT teams 18 and U23 teams 8. You do not need to bid for the number of minimum riders needed in the first round that's just the number you will have to signed at the end of the transfer window.
5. If you have a Development team you will do the transfers in the same file as of your other team. Riders of U23 teams can't be older than 23 and must have an AVG of 72,0 or less so make sure you at least sign 8 U23 riders.
6. It could be that M3 turns orange in your file, nothing wrong with that for the beginning but it means that you could get in money difficulties by trying to sign the needed number of riders.
7. Do not write anything in any other cell I didn't talk about!
8. Sort the file by the wage you are paying or column D.
9. Copy the columns A-E of the riders you want to sign and send it me in a PM in a table.
Important Rules:
1. Don't go over your budget! If you do so, you'll have to pay a fine, as much as you did go over the budget. Your FA bids however are allowed to be higher than your budget as you won't necessarily sign all of your bids. There is
no limit for the total amount of bids you make but I reserve myself the right to decline bids, if I feel they are too much.
2. After the last round of transfers you will have to have signed the minimum amount of riders you need, if you don't your team will be filled by me.
3. Only bid a multiple of five. If you don't your bid will be changed to the next smaller multiple of five.
4. A rider will go to the team that bids the most. The team will have to pay the wage it offered.
5. If another team bids atleast 80% of what the leading team bid, the rider isn't signed. All the teams that were in those 20% will have to make a second bid on the rider via PM. The highest bidder will get the rider, in the event of a tie the rider will randomly be assigned to one of the teams.
6. After round 1 there will be a second round you can bid on all the riders that are still free by then. In total there will be three.
7. After the Free Agent bids a second transfer window will be opened in which transfers between teams are allowed. More specific rules will come then.
8. Maximum average of a development team rider is 72,00. The minimum wage of all development riders combined is 1000, the maximum 1500.
Sacking:
You can sack two riders at max. For the first rider the fee will be half of the riders wage for the second rider it will be 3/4 of his wage.
If you want to sack a rider, just go to the table sacking and put the rider ID in column A. Just copy columns A-B in the end and send them to me or tell me which riders you sacked by PM.
Hope everything is clear for now, if there are questions tell me.
I won't make a fixed deadline yet, as it's the first task for new teams, but I hope you can send this in as quick as possible.
