Thanks for letting us now, hope motivation will come back rather sooner than later. Hoping this won't turn into a Waiting for Godot kind of thing but if it does, be sure to know we had one hell of a.. literate adventure.

Thanks a lot!
And don't worry. This won't turn into Waiting for Godot.
Either Godot will come or someone will come to say Godot isn't coming and you shouldn't wait around

Fair enough Ian, thanks for letting us know. Given my motivation to write dies every two weeks I can completely understand you needed a break to get your motivation back.
On the bright side this will give me a chance to write about my other riders.
EDIT: Wait, how have we gotten onto it dying? we started waiting like 5 minutes ago.

I don't think so. Just a bit of time
And worst case scenario if it does die, I'll most likely finish the season anyhow. Wouldn't feel right so stop mid-season, couldn't do it.

Ian, you know I've got the patience to wait as long as you need to continue this masterpiece, take what you need and some more for comfort, we await your return and it might actually be the very break this game needed for eveyone to catch up with reports, etc.

It's better to wait for a good report, then to not wait and read bad reports. I hope you understand what I mean?
Still sad tough, because I will have plenty of time to write something now.

Thanks for this, guys.
Had a few bad days but going much better now, got more energy and actually got some inspiration back. Decided to go with the flow and start writing. Took a bit longer than usually (2 hours to write the report...) but finished it!
Here's Antofagasta, hope you enjoy it

Go Ian!
Was a really good report and glad to see you getting some motivation back!
Sylvain 6th was good for this course, as he stays with 5 points of Goldie's lead as he and Vague both had teammates to help.
Pierre with a nice early attack too.
Quite the crash and will be interesting to see who comes out injured, spent a while making sure that Sylvain definitely had not come down.
Thanks Ian!

Great report. I can imagine why Antofagasta can be a trickier race to write for given it's parcours and style. But you did it excellently.
And a nice move on the Cook issue as well, well done.

Thanks. Yes these profiles are the toughest to report on. So happy we're heading to Rio next
The Cook thing was discussed with Smowz.
So: sorry Shonak, but you'll have to miss Cook at least for the time being I'm sure others are eager to step up and take his place for now and be worthy opponents, too!

Well sooner than expected, really glad you love this game so much that the motivation comes at times all on its own.
Scary crash of Cook, hope he won't be missed for too long. Maybe this will give new debate to Antofagasta as a dangerous race.
Lastly, I seriously can't believe that Sven Welling won a god damn race.. really, really happy and I'm also glad that Vague could have a little hand in it by getting him the decisive gap. Probably one of "my" favourite wins next to Kwaremont and World Championships. Thanks Ian.

It didn't take that long for motivation to come back!
Well amazing report there, it definitely made my afternoon, also nice twist in the Cook's drama. About Matt, well it could have gone slightly better I believe but with a 7th place and some passive racing he just proved his consistency, waiting for more suitted crosses to come.
Great win for Welling right there. Thanks again for the report Ian

Great race by Brüggemann, he seems to be in form right when I wanted to. And race tactics worked
But the best news is that we have the report so soon, great work of you Ian.

Thanks guys! This game is a curse for me. Takes up so much time but if I leave it for a week I miss it so much it's an addiction in some way.
Still, not feeling at my top at the moment so pace will stay somewhat lower, but I trust that's not too big a problem for anyone, as long as the reports come regularly and with some quality.
Also, jandal's Louis Listerijn talking about Welling:
he really deserves one last victory
Ouch, unintentional burn. One last victory meaning: don't get your hopes up for another one, ever!
