edit : some guy liking puns and cycling (I swear it's not me) has decided to go on a trip between two French towns : Parla and Montcuq (don't pronounce the t nor the q here), so he'll ride Parla-Moncuq (parle à mon cul - which means talk to my ass).
That's one vulgar form to say to somebody that you're not going to listen to him/her.
