Some sportsmen just can't let go.
Can't be healthy for him.

I guess his weight is the least of his health problems having been a professional cyclist.
On another topic:
Is it somehow possible to do something against these spam bots? Maybe making it harder to register?

Maybe a Captcha for registering on this site?
It's annoying to register then, though we would at least don't have those bots anymore...

Nah, I think that's too much.
A lot, and I really mean a lot of members only sign up for the downloads(at least at first) and they are already annoyed that they have to make an account on this site to get to the downloads. But having to use their own mail to confirm it again as well annoys them even more
A Captcha is annoying as well, but it's just inserting a few letters.
Actually, using a Captcha for this site was an idea that came up in my head to send in for the 'idea competition' from this site.

I don't think that would be annoying, as long it's only when you first register.

I hope we'll see a PCM 13 stage database on the site soon, there are already many stages made/converted!

Never thought of that, and I doubt it would be difficult to implement..

You can't stop the Spam Bots! They can disguise themselves as normal posters now and just include text links, so surely they can crack a Captcha. There is no way to stop them, all we can do is prepare for the attack on mankind!
My shelter has been prepared for weeks for the inevitable moment, and it's open to all. Take action now before it is too late and SkyNet forms out of Daily!

These are not the spam bots you are looking for.

Agreed. I took a look at the previous spam bot in it's habitat. It has been registered for too months. And in between it's spam it throws short and undescriptive answers that acually make sense int he threads like "not sure", "I think so", and "Yes".

Maybe a "report spamer" button could be useful.

So our King steps down and will be replaced by his son who might even be more incompetent. Think he might actually be our last King.
A shame it doesn't resemble Game of Thrones. Atleast it would be excited then

If it was as easy as creating a captcha or confirmations e-mails, we'd have done that Keep in mind that we already have some sort of question (mathematical or knowledge, don't remember) which only humans should be capable of answering - yet they get through anyway.
I recently did change something which has worked - we've had very few spam bots the past time until today..
But either way you just have to accept the fact that spam bots sometimes stop by for a visit. They do on all forums. It's just a matter of getting it deleted fast enough, and this is something we could do better.

Oh, and speaking of Michael Rasmussen. For the fun of it, I offered him a rum ball (a sort of cake, in case anyone's in doubt) today. Needless to say, he said no.

You need an admin that is on at night (in United States) because almost every night 2 or 3 posts are spam, can be deleted quickly then instead of until next morning.
And, to all my fellow Americans, HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!
