Stage podium very good from Offredo, better than expected on a stage like that. Vichot played his cards perfectly and that is a big step towards a Top10GC position in Adelaide.
Loved the report as well, excellent stuff

Can you tell me if Burton is working on the front?
I don't think he is, but Cannondale only has 1 or 2 riders riding on the front.

Glad that Moreno made it into that front group and avoided being caught out like many others. Now it's just down to Willlunga to see if he can move up a couple of places in the GC. Nice report btw

Great to see Kristoff and Kakhi active. A shame though that Kristoff lost his leader jersey so close to a member of a break. He still keeps the points jersey though for which he'll have to fight against my custom rider Kakhi.

Really nice to see Cherel in the break, even though he came last from the break.
The report was amazing, thanks Selwink.

Villella!! Would be even better if he can hang on for a GC top 5 now.
We're having a much better start of the season than last year. Obviously, this is because Basso is gone.

Worst stage ever!
Weschenbach delegated to work for Cav...loses much time
OPQS suddenly decides to work for Bakelants. But even he can't pull it off.

Nothing much to say about that one. Yet more baffling AI.
Meanwhile, in San Luis, the game has assigned Warbasse as my sprinter.

Generally disappointed with the boys in Orange today but at least Ion keeps his spot in the top ten.

It's time trial time in Qatar! This stage might well decide the GC, so lets skip right to the action. Sören Berg was the first of the stage outsiders to go, and as expected he sets a new best time. 16'03" is the time to beat at the moment.
Marrouane Shaqif would have been expected to easily beat that time, but he has an awful day in the wind and can only reach provisional 8th, 27" behind Larsson, who beat Bergs time by 10" just before Shaqif reached the finish line.
Grawunder is possibly the biggest favourite today, so it's not quite surprising that he overtakes FDJs Bousche with 1200 metres to go. He only beats Larssons time by 2" though. 15'49" is the new time to beat.
Pierre Lipawsky would have been looking to make it 2 in a row for Androni, but he only manages a provisional 7th, 24" behind Grawunder.
Now for Taylor Phinney, probably Grawunders biggest challenger. He does not disappoint, crushing the Germans time by 11". Can anyone beat 15'37" or will it be a win for Phinney?
Boasson Hagen overtakes white jersey Brookes, who isn't such a bad tter himself. Could there be an upset here? Yes! There is! Unbelievable! He can't believe it himself, he beat Phinney by 4"! Surely that's the win for him.
Cavendish will really need to limit his losses now if he wants to keep any chance of the overall. He loses only 44" on Boasson Hagen, not too bad. We might still see a switch in leadership at Sky though if they want to secure the overall for the Norwegian.
Same story for Demare, it's all about limiting losses. It's a bit worse for him, losing nearly 53". That means he probably won't win the overall here anymore, but the points jersey is still very possible.

Good ride for Berg here, bringing his first Top 10 in his first Time Trial Sad that he didn't have a better spot, prior to this Time Trial
