After trying to fix my old bike I decided to take it out for a little spin. I hardly used it last year, and I knew there was a reason for it, but I couldn't remember why. I seemed to remember something about a problem with the brakes so I decided to stop.
When I finally came to a halt, about 30 000 miles later, it became clear; yes it was indeed a problem with the brakes.
Edit: I need a bike tomorrow for the first part of 5-6 hour hike, so I will have to borrow the neighbours bike. It's a womens bike!
I feel pretty, oh so pretty!
Edit 2: By the way, it's just one of those with the slightly slanted top tube, not the victorian lady step through type. I only looking to get a mark on my man-card, not have it rewoked.
Edit 3: Not that I am one of those card-carrying guys who are insecure about themselfs! I'm secure as hell, I'll do any one of you to prove it.

So this year my summer job entails working with 20 Canadians. Every stereotype i ever heard is true (your money genuinely smells of maple syrup!!!). One problem is that they are all from Ontario or Newfoundland so my Canuks jersey hasn't gone down well. On the flip side they are great fun and one of them is a good kisser
Wi-fi availability is unstable but i can get some. Primarily this will restrict me to admin duties (you might have noticed less of me in the last week or so) but it also means i can put some solid time into future projects (online play, story, possible db). Now if only i wasn't going to miss Le Tour
