Create a Team Tutorial?

Hi folks!
I'm looking to create a team that can be played in career mode. Not necessarily a custom team in game, but creating one from the database before I begin a career.
I've had a look around at some threads, but most are a bit advanced considering this is first time I've looked at doing anything with a database other than edit stats and adding riders.
Is there a tutorial for creating teams, matching them with Custom Jerseys, sponsors, budgets etc?, or can anyone suggest some threads where I'd find good information on this?
(I've just downloaded Lachi's editor but am still trying to figure it out)

If you mean to say can I use a custom national jersey, yes you can. Just add the jersey you made for the national with the correct code. This I believe is team_maillot_countrycode
For example a belgian champion for the first custom team would be c00_maillot_bel |

For leader jerseys you follow the following format:
team_maillot_classification_race
Eg. First custom feneral tdf would be
C00_maillot_time_tour
