Thanks for this video. This has given me some useful tips as I have never been able to win a sprint finish yet. I will have to try some of these things you have shown and see how they work for me. I think the trick is to keep pausing and sorting things out every km or so, otherwise the speed of the game is too fast and it just gets to complicated to pull off successfully at a high speed.
Indeed. Basically, I pause before any command I make in the last 30 or so kilometres, and especially important, thoroughly evaluate the situation constantly to adapt and look for alternative strategies.
A tip from experienced player:
1.Consider the red bar - it's the actual sprint energy that your sprinter has
2.Form a train with the weakest riders at flat to the front
3.Use your whole team for one day races or classics and just be sneaky at the stage races.
4. If you have 3 sprinters with stats f.e. SP72, 74 and 77, it is enough to win every flat sprint.
Now the guide:
1. Form the train and set everybody to 95 (use 0 to select everybody in the group)
2. Press the "O->" button on the first guy and use his energy
3. Use the energy bar of the guy behind also
4. Press the maintain position button when his red or yellow bar is exhausted.
5. Repeat until 5km
6. At 8km use the energy bar of your sprinter if they are three or at 7km if they are 2
7. At 7km use the energy bar of the second sprinter if they are 3.
8. At 5km use the energy bar of your main sprinter
9. Initiate at 3km with your 1-st sprinter
10. If you have 3 sprinters, at 2km initiate with the second
11. If you have 3 sprinters, initiate with the main at 1km to go. He will have incredible speed, and will win 8/10 sprints because his yellow and red bar will be almost full and his energy bar will have just activated.
12 If you have 2 sprinters, initiate with the main at 1,5km
I usually watch videos to learn more about a topic, and then I play stumble guys for fun, so if you're looking for a good knockout game to try, I recommend checking out the shared site.
