How to sign a young rider using an editor

1. First thing you would do is to download an Editor (E.g Lachi's)
2. Next step is opening your career savegame:
Locadet E.g: C:\Users\DEV\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2012\Users\dev4ever\Database\Solo\OfficialRelease
3. Go to STA_Scout and find your team one (if you don't have one, hire one!)
Copy the IDscout number from your scout. (ID=2145)
4. Open DYN_young_cyclist and sort them by limit_i_mountain (or whatever your looking for)
And find dfkIDstaff_scout and paste your number in there. (ID=2145)
5. And you're done in the editor! But before you close the editor, you must remember to save.
* Export to cdb and overwrite your savegame.
6. Launch the game and load your save. Then go to Scounting - Reports.
There should you find him and be able to sign him.
Note: You may notice that his Estimated Potential is gone,
