You will want to buy one rider who is 80+ Mountain and reasonable timetrial 75+ he will run as your Tour de France rider and Paris Nice ETC. You will also want i guy like Nairo Quintana young and strong in mountains, he will work as a team mate and maybe a leader at Vueltadepending on how much you care about the race. As a sprinter I love a guy like Marcel Kittel or John Degenkold as they are young and will progress. Lead-out i get Gregory Henderson mainly because I am A kiwi but a guy around hi ability is great to have on your team. Hope you likethese tips.
