How to create a winning team !

Hello,
by following this guide you will have an idea how to create you'r own team.
1. GC contenders
For the Tour De France, dauphine etc. pick a 80+ mountain and at least 71+ tt rider.
For the Giro and the Vuelta. pick an 77+ mountain and 70+ for tt rider.
2. Mountain helpers
For the Tour De France, dauphine etc. get 2 guys with 75+ mountain and hill, so he can help
you'r main rider out where ever he pleases.
For The Giro and the Vuelta. Get 1 with almost the same stats as the main GC contender,
after the first mountain stage in the Giro you'll know for who to go in the giro and for who to
go in the Vuelta.
3. Sprinters
Sprinters will last for all main stage races if used well.
Get 1 of the best (79+) sprinters and one lead-out man (76+)
4. Classics
You'll want to go for 2 riders who have 77+ coble and 72+ hill.
examples are: Roelandts,Kristoff,Sagan,Terpstra,Vanmarcke,Van Avermaet etc.
5. TT
Get 1 80 + and 3 70+ riders.
6. Helpers
Since this team will be really good, but very expensive you'll want to save money and get
young riders/ really cheap riders.

I would rather recommend to go for a gc focussed team or a team specialised in sprinting. Your team is more capable of reaching your own goals with a specialised team. It is much better to make a goal for yourself and build a team around that goal with one rider who is good in what he does and two strong helpers and a good team with weaker helpers around that.
