Something like that, if you wern't in a big group you'd be riding with Traffic. In Britain they operate Rolling Road Closures meaning you are escorted by motorbikes closing the road as you go along. This didn't go down well and the peloton even did a protest.
In the tour de france it was full road closures. If the TOB wants to be pro tour they need to sort it out. Big Time!
