I have the exact same thing.

The town of Oudenaarde, through which the Ronde passes, has a museum - the Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen - dedicated to the race. The curator is Freddy Maertens. Just maybe this is the house on the picture. Long shot though.

#2 - It's just a random house. It's a bug created when building the city in the stage editor. Most likely caused by the "weird" road formation, a.k.a. the Muur van Geraardsbergen that's inside the city. Roads like that sometimes causes problems in the stage editor.

So I'm quite sure it's not the museum in Oudenaarde, since this is Geraardsbergen.

That roof is something for cyclocross, quite an obstacle
