It's taken quite some time, but Patch 1.0.4.0 has now finally been released.

In what's probably the last patch for Pro Cycling Manager 2013, World Tour teams will now once again participate in mid-season Continental races, the fitness planning in 2nd season has been fixed, and the same goes for the controls in the World Championship.

There's also been time to add in a rather nice minor feature - jersey wearers will now start at the front of the peloton in stage races.
