Note that this patch doesn't automatically install if you already had the BETA patch, but the BETA patch doesn't allow access to Armada anymore.

I had no problem in installing the patch over the beta patch. Also I had access to Armada mode with the beta and official patch just now.

if i downloaded the game on steam will i need to download this here or will steam update the game for me?

Steam is supposed to update automatically.

KILL Focus aNd Cyanide. I've been a loyal customer for years, and each and every year you are raped by just buying the game. If not for PCM daily, we would have all long abandonded the game. All the money we paid should go to PCM daily, and I would happily join and support a classion-act law-suit to get our money back and use it to support a hostile take-over by the PCM-daily crowd.

I'm not joking, and I have posted as such before - at their site, to have the post be deleted. (It's Vichy-France at Focus and Cyanide).

So: it feels normal for us losers to pay up for a game that is immediately disfunctionate. You download the first patch - how embarrassing for them that we as loyal customers are HAPPY that they have their first cover-up attempt at their fuck-upped release so SOON(whe are whipped, we are embarrassingly naive).

Then there was teh beta patc 2. I usually wait for the normal patch. But I downloaded this beta as advised here.

I'm an idiot. Official patch 2 will not be installed now (I get a files corrupted sign after each download attempt).

So: again I paid the full price, again I am am raped and again I might wait untille this lovely site covers their ass by making sure I have kind of what I want eight months down the road.

It's clear and it has been for a while: I would like to pay the PCM-daily crowd in full, and discard the incompetent focus/cyanide crowd. The later are the problem, the former are the solution.

No more paying the French Fucks.. Please, will somebody here take responsibility and start another firm to make sure we have a better product up front? I have no techical skills in this respect or I would myself. But i have some business development skills I would happily invest, and am connected to students we can engage.

@harm: making an alternative to PCM is no easy task and that is coming from a guy who studies Software Engineering.

it would require at least the following:
1. 2-4 Programmers
2. 3-6 3D and 2D artists
3. Community funding, donations etc for at least 20.000€
4. No less than 3 years of development for building engine and meeting consumer expectations.
5. Full support from the community in building database, jerseys and stages.

that is of course if you want to make a game that exceeds PCM in every way
