Yes, I know that we've said this before, but this time, we might be telling the truth: The last patch for Pro Cycling Manager 2010 has been released. Actually, that's not really true either -- Cyanide hasn't released it, but since it's on Focus' server, we guess that they would have released it, had Cyanide's server not been down.

So, what does it fix? In the previous news article, we said that it fixed some AI stuff related to the sprints. Did we get any wiser with the release? No. The patch itself comes with a note saying: "Minor modifications during sprints."

That doesn't really tell us much, but since you don't have to restart your career to benefit from the fixes, you might as well install it. Links below.
