PCM.daily back online - for now?

After some hectic 24 hours, PCM.daily is now back online on a new server. 40+ GB of files have been moved, meaning that everything should be as before. We're still testing, though, and if this server isn't capable of hosting PCM.daily at a good speed, we'll have to move again.

On paper, this should be good enough, but there's no other way to find out than by opening the site and see what happens :)

Everything seems to be in order. In fact, it actually feels faster than the other server.

I quote p3druh. It really seems faster, at least the site, because I didn't try to download nothing yet.

Oh, and congratulations, because I wouldn't be capable to find a new server/see prices/upload a gigantic site and download section and put it back online in 24 hours. Despite posting less and less in the last months, this is a site that I visit everyday and I would be very sad if the server problem meant the end of it.

the only thing I can see an issue with is that this is the slowest time of the year for the site.

Just because its fast now doesn't mean it'll be able to handle the site during the queen stage of the tour

That's true. That worries me too. But specifications wise, this server is better than the previous one.
