With the Custom Team function in PCM09, many people need mini shirts - the graphic objects which appear in the team selection screen, pre 3D-races, etc. Therefore, I've now written a guide which explains how to make a mini shirt, based on a .tga, .png or .jpg version of an 'actual shirt' - and don't worry, it doesn't require any knowledge on graphics.
