It´s the 2 year rythm
CM1 ok the start is very time well CM2 was better
CM3 was a little bit a let down CM4 was better
PCM1 wasn´t that good PCM2 was better
PCM3 wasn´t that good PCM4 was better
But I think it´s definetly worth it to buy it because it shouldn´t be a "let down" in the series, seems to be improved in the graphics (not with mods) like the tour de france banners, finish line etc. also the water looks better then last year, new game interface more fun on track...

Notice how the 3D environments in the stages have faaaaaaaaaar more stuff. Vegetation, etc.

PCM08's 3D environments look empty by comparison.
Water (29 seconds into the video) also looks fantastic. Other than that, same old graphics.

It kinda looks like a megapatch from 08, but i guess it will be a really good game cause 08 was kind of a fail (altough nice to play, it had its problems to)
