A new patch - a new buglist
Yes, there's actually a new patch coming up. It will be called 1.0.3.0, and it's currently being tested by the beta testers. It's undecided when it'll be released. It all depends on what the beta testers report - if many bugs are found it will take some time. If not, it can be released soon. But as said, no one knows -- but it will come. It's also worth mentioning that the beta patch is available to all users - both CD, DL and German. Hopefully, this also means the three different patches will be released at the same time. Currently, the Germans don't have a 1.0.2.1, meaning they can't play online with other nationalities, but hopefully this will change once the 1.0.3.0 is released.
Here's the preliminary fix list - and yes, it can be changed. This only counts for the beta patch. However, the last few times the preliminary fix list has been 100 % equal to the final fix list.

GUI * Fixed the displaying of the past year budget on the 15th October balance sheet
Luckily, this patch doesn't affect anything which has to do with databases, meaning that databases for patch 1.0.2.0 and 1.0.2.1 are compatible with this one (= no delay on the PCM Spain DB)
Given it doesn't add twice more bugs than what it fixes, it would eventually make the game playable in career mode.
About the DB : you need to cross your fingers to hope they only touched what's in the fix list, which is not always case. There's also the 4th stage of the Giro 2008 thing, but that will already be fixed in PCM Spain DB.
