 As said in the Weekly News, the PPDB V3 was going to be released either today or tomorrow - and now, it has been released. It's a so-called additional package, meaning that you will have to install PPDB V2 before installating the new V3. The DB has been added to our downloads section, but unfortunately, it's not hosted on PCM.daily. We're not allowed to host it due to the huge amount of fixes which are released after the "main release".
