PCM.daily's Database Team has just released their first database for PCM 2016: The Expansion Pack "Lite" (V0.1.0).

While renaming all riders and teams, we found out that Cyanide didn't really care about getting the Continental Tour right. There were a lot of wrong rosters and a lot of teams that were disbanded or had a name change after 2015. That's why we discussed the possibility to add all of the teams and riders we had in the 2016DB, which we did eventually.

PCM.daily's Stats

Of course we also used our completely revised stats. Tafiolmo, Croatia14 and kodman are doing an incredible job with the constant research on all (!!) riders in our database. Of course, our stats wouldn't be as good as they are without your opinions. That's why we want to encourage you to keep giving your opinions in the Stat discussion thread.

Graphics

All of the graphics of the CT teams are upscaled versions of the PCM2015 graphics, apart from a few jerseys (Lupus, Illuminate, Kolss) which were created in PCM2016 size and rescaled for PCM2015 for V2.0 of the 2016DB.

Another big aspect of the Lite version of the EP is the addition of about 700 custom sponsors. We also upscaled the graphics for these sponsors, except for a few that were published for PCM2016.

You might be wondering if the upscaled jerseys will look bad in-game, but they don't. They just look like they would have in PCM2015, which is slightly less sharp and detailed than the PCM2016 jerseys.

Despite earlier announcements we also found the time to add the cyclist photos we had in the 2016DB.

Other additions

Other additions that we made are real coaches, scouts and physicians and more realistic names and stats for regenerated riders.
