What database to choose?

With DailyDB of the market, I need a new database to play with. Doesn't have to have a lot of equipment and so on, but latest transfers and realistic statistics of course. It's important that it's reliable, so I can play career mode.
New stages would be a plus. |

At the moment, there's not really a whole lot to choose from, unfortunately.

I was half way through my second year when I re-installed for the V3, and managed to "misplace" my savegame....I have since gone back to V2 and started over...with some Jerseys and other graphical stuff from V3 that did not require changes to the DB. |

I am using V2.1 of the daily db, but I was wondering what people thought of the other "options" for 2009...I like the potential to sign riders at the start of the season again, but I suppose I could edit the V2.1 in the db editor prior to starting the season if that is my only issue...any way what are you using and why?? |

About the signing riders thing, it's pretty easy to fix: Open the DB and then find the GAM_config table. In the V2.1, there's several lines. Delete all of them except the first one, save, and you're good to go. |

Delete the all the rows except number one (I tired this) or all the columns except the first (seemed like a bad idea)??
It did not work and I chose the newly saved DB before starting a new season. |
