Halo dan selamat datang di markas tim balap sepeda Pro Tour Indosat Ooredoo untuk musim mendatang! Kami berjanji akan benar-benar memperbaruinya kali ini (sungguh!). Welcome to the HQ of PT team Indosat Ooredoo for season 2026!
Rekap musim 2025
"Recap of season 2025" The team's return to the MG UCI PT was a resounding success and went better than we could have hoped. We finished in the top-10 of the division in 9th, which is our highest ever finish in MG history. Eddie Dunbar had a terrific season and led the way for scoring, closely followed by sprinting superstar Fernando Gaviria and Frenchman Pierre Latour who each achieved some impressive results throughout the season. Some highlights include Dunbar defeating both Wurtz and Wirtgen in an ITT during the Paris - Nice which he went on to win, Gaviria winningn 3 stages at the Giro and taking home the points jersey and Latour finishing 2nd behind the legendary Silvio Herklotz at the Vuelta.
Ahmad Firdaus led the way for the homegrown contingent. He rode an incredible race at the Vuelta supporting Latour and managed to win the u25 classification and finish 16th in GC - a huge achievement for Indonesian cycling! Sandy Nur Hasan had a quiet season results-wise, but was integral to Gaviria's successes as his pilot fish.
Musim mendatang
"The season aheaad" Going into our 12th season, we're looking to take one big leap further into the development of Indonesian cycling. Ahmad Firdaus's Vuelta performance last season has inspired our sponsors to invest mega bucks into the team for the coming seasons. We will continue to focus on the races we always have, but will be looking to our Indonesian core to help us into the future much more heavily than we have before. We have a very good idea of what this will look like, but cannot reveal any more information for the time being.
| Name | Description | Role | Indosat Ooredoo | Teleco company | Primary sponsor | Alfamart | Supermarket chain | - | | Giant | Bike manafacturer | Bicycle supplier | Greeneration | Enviro NGO | Enviro strategies | Sugoi | Clothing | Clothing supplier | Oceania Cycling Federation | - | Development |
We have our first sponsor shake-up in a very long time for the coming season - after 11 years of sponsorship, Australian and New Zealand bank ANZ have ended their partnership with the team. We are truly grateful for their support over the years.
Japanese food chain MOS burger have also not renewed their sponsorship agreement.
In their place, we are excited to announce that Indonesian supermarket giant Alfamart have come on board. They are joined by Indonesian NGO environmental organisation Greeneration.

Renewals went relatively well this season, nothing really out of the ordinary:
| Name | Old wage | New wage | Difference | Fernando Gaviria | 920,000 | 830,000 | -90,000 | Eddie Dunbar | 650,000 | 580,000 | -70,000 | Pierre Latour | 460,000 | 360,000 | -100,000 | Kilian Frankiny | 150,000 | 140,000 | -10,000 | Ahmad Firdaus | 135,000 | 160,000 | +25,000 | Sandy Nur Hasan | 130,000 | 120,000 | -10,000 | Colin Stüssi | 180,000 | 140,000 | -40,000 | Ben Zwiehoff | 105,000 | 100,000 | -5,000 | Muhammad Yudha | 95,000 | 95,000 | 0 | Rachmad Noka Wibisono | 85,000 | 85,000 | 0 | Erik Baska | 50,000 | 75,000 | +25,000 | Prasetyo Firdaus | 50,000 | 80,000 | +30,000 | Guy Sagiv | 50,000 | 50,000 | 0 | Ilham Sultansyah Hefnar | 50,000 | 50,000 | 0 | Muhammad Andy Royan | 50,000 | 50,000 | 0 | Trond Hakon Trondsen | 50,000 | 0 | -50,000 | | Erick Herrera | 50,000 | 0 | -50,000 | Cristofer Robin Juado | 50,000 | 0 | -50,000 | Dealton Nur Arif Prayogo | 50,000 | 0 | -50,000 | Brieuc Rolland | 10,000 | 0 | -50,000 | | | | Total: - 495,000 |
We managed to shave off a decent chunk of $$. Gaviria took a decent cut from his FA wage down to a more acceptable level. Still a little high, especially after a slightly disappointing season, but not the end of the world.
Dunbar took a nice cut even after a terrific first season in PT. Latour experienced his first decline and also takes a decent cut. Again could have been a better outcome with his negotiations, but still acceptable. Speaking of declines, Stussi also took a cut. Still on a decent wage, but he had a great season so there wasn't much wiggle room. A.Fidaus had a great first maxed season as well, so gets a reward. His brother Prasetyo was the only other notable contract - he felt the need for a raise now that he's finished his development.
We said goodbye to 5 riders, most notably long time team servant and the best TT rider Indonesia has ever seen in Dealton Nur Arif Prayogo. He has been huge for the team over the years, and is our longest serving rider. Sadly age had got the better of him and he has taken a step back from the team.
Trondsen was after a big payday after being a key member of Gaviria's sprint train, so we rewarded him with joining the unemployment line. Herrera was a late additino before the last season, along with Jurado and have been released. Rolland rode as a stagiere for us towards the end of last season and has not received a full contract.
Overall, relatively happy with how things went. Dunbar had a great season so it was expected that he would get a nice raise, but took a surprising cut instead. We've cleared some cap space and are looking forward to finding fun ways to use it.

As always, this isn't a traditional availability list. I don't even know how to quantify it 3 - 5 means open to any offers (doesn't necessarily mean they're going to be leaving), 2 means don't be afraid to make an offer, and 1 means you might need to make me a killer Rendang first.
With our current plans, we might be looking to move on the world's best sprinter Gaviria. Not a guarantee of course and he'll require a convincing deal. Dunbar would of course need to receive a very convincing offer to leave the team. We're very happy with Latour and Stussi and would be happy for them to stay, but could see them starting next season in another teams' jersey.
Zwiehoff doesn't really fit our plans and is free to leave for a good offer/swap as well as Sagiv. Others are pretty self explainatory. We're expecting a very active transfer period and look forward to hearing from any and all

Definitely seems like an active transfer season ahead! Not sure whether we'll match up, but always enjoy chatting!

More weird stuff, that paycut for Dunbar ^^ But well done, I guess I wouldn't even have tried to do any cuts after that season
If I was still in PT, I'd obviously (once again) try to get him, but I could imagine that we'll be talking about some Indonesians instead

@bbl: Likewise! You never know, I wouldn't mind some Scandinavian influence on the team
@fab: I'm certainly not complaining. I thought so too, but just looking he has the 13th highest wage in the game and is ranked 14th based on OVL. Make of that what you will I guess, but that obviously doesn't factor in performance.
Never say never, stranger things have happened and i'm sure you could find a way uto fit that wage in alongside Schmid

Always fun to see what blockbuster deal you come up with and it seems like this year will be no exception.

Cashing in Gaviria, Latour and the other older riders should put you in a good position to get some fresh blood into the squad!

Yeah, I guess it's a pretty fair wage for him, OVL, wage and scoring potential match pretty well. Unlike other riders I'd say.
Of course I could fit him in; Groves + the three Indonesians would surely free up enough space - the question is what our sponsors would think of it We might find out?

@redordead + jandal: Got to keep things interesting
@Kandesbunzler: Not a guarantee they do leave, especially Gaviria, but if so then there will be some decisions to be made
@Fab: Who knows, Groves is a mighty fine rider
Below is the jersey we will be wearing during the 2026 MG UCI cycling season:
Huge, huge thanks to the incredibly talented hillis91 for his amazing work once again!

Very interesting to see Gaviria put up for sale. Guess you're ready to explore your options this transfer window. Helps to have very sellable assets obviously!
Fresh looking jersey, looks good

Your riders will certainly stand out. I'm interested who those riders will be, as you could be refreshing a sizable portion of the team. Good luck!
