Galta has been top leader at Carlsberg for the last two years, and he has yet to disappoint. Last year, he scored 703 points for us, highlighted by a top 5 GC in the Vuelta a Espana and a podium in the Criterium du Dauphine, among other results. However, with Skjelmose maxing, he's the odd man out. He has aged a year, but his wage has cratered to reflect that. At his current wage, he's still a great value as a second leader for PT, a top PCT leader, or a superhuman in CT.
Ask: Based on the price of similar older riders in the last few years, we're targeting $1,000,000 cash, but we're also willing to consider swaps, including swaps where we send you Galta along with money in exchange for a better/younger rider.

Carthy transferred to Carlsberg for 1.75 million last offseason and instantly became a fan favorite for his daring attacks in the high mountains of the world's biggest races. His combination of climbing consistency and panache led him to take the KOM jersey and 2nd overall at the Giro d'Italia, followed by a 7th place at the Tour de France. Those results and more led him to break the 1000 points threshold and finish 23rd overall in PT. Carthy is still only 31 years old, and is a great value for both PT and PCT.
Ask: We like Carthy because he scores a lot of points, and this year's GTs have fewer TT km's, which suits him. That said, we're willing to trade him if it makes sense. Much like Galta, he's especially likely to go in a swap deal, potentially where one side contributes money as well. This could even include a swap with another stage racer! He's less likely to go for pure cash, but amounts over $2 million would get us thinking.

Arenas Rodriguez is still just a young tyke (Lvl. 1.25) without much experience. At his peak, he'll be an ideal stage race domestique and breakaway rider who can hold his own on both longer mountains and short hills.
Ask: We're looking for a 1>3 loan, preferably where the loaning in team pays wages, but that's negotiable. His XP shouldn't be too hard since he's still l'Avenir eligible and has a head start. Alternatively, he is also available for a full sale if an offer seems worthwhile. Either option works for us, so long as he ends up in a good home.
As we said above, more riders could be available! We will update you. Strangely, we're also considering stage racers on an incoming basis, so let us know what you're selling!

Update:Arenas Rodriguez has found a loan and is off the table. No real change on our two leaders. Lots of interest in Carthy, but nothing quite like what we're looking for. Galta hasn't received more than preliminary interest. Definitely a guy that can make a promotion push or save a relegation fight, so feel free to make any offer you feel is fair.
To be transparent, we prefer deals involving some kind of swap this year because we don't have anyone we really want to train (unless of course, we get a trainable rider along the way).

We've invested a lot of money into Aranburu over the years, so it would really hurt to see him go. He's also on a terrific wage for his OVL, so we like the value he brings. The issue is mostly that we can't cater to his PTHC preferences as long as we have Per, and in his last PCT go-around he was untrained and shared hills leadership. So he's never really been set up for success in terms of team construction and calendar. He could be a true real force in PCT with his own calendar, and we're willing to make that happen for the right offer.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
Frederik Strand Galta has an offer for 450k. Unfortunately, that's not enough to get him at this point. We'd prefer to keep him over taking that level of fee. But we're of course open to higher offers or swaps with money going either way.
Other riders are still on the table too.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
Galta has an offer for 500k now. Still below what we're looking for to pull the trigger. His 250,000 wage makes him a real steal for any division compared to similar riders on the market right now.
As far as other riders, some early ambitions have fallen through, and we're feeling a little more adventurous now, so hit us up if you have any ideas.
Additionally: we will have two young riders (Wang and Bevort) likely needing 1>3 loans. Not ready to do those deals yet, but we think we're going to prefer the loaning in team taking on some wage for additional fee.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
Galta has an offer that we value around 1.1 million. Due to the complexities of this deal (which include exchanges of loanees), it would take a significant overbid to break it up now, and it will be impossible to do so once the thread(s) are up. So this is your last chance if you have any doubts.
As a result of that deal, we are no long looking for a home for our young talents mentioned above, but thank you to all who have inquired. We'll let you know if any of that changes.
As far as Carthy, he's more likely to stay now as we need his points (over 1,000 last year). We've had interest around 1.7 million, but we're really looking for at least $2 million to consider moving on from him for pure cash now. Swaps could be interesting still too.
On a related note, we may be looking to purchase a significant leader, so let me know if you have anyone that could be of interest, and we can also consider swaps.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
Galta is off the table. Thread is up, and it would take an insane overbid to get us to think about it due to the loans and considerations involved. Enough to make the other manager whole. Probably not in the cards.
We're still in the market for another leader. We have cash on hand and a lot of wage cap. They really can be on any terrain if they're good enough. They would need to be an improvement over the guy I already have in that leader slot (or a terrain supporting multiple leaders), and high wage TT guys are less appealing to me because of my PTHC bands. I would also pay good money for a high end level 3-4 talent who will eventually be a leader, but I imagine I'm not alone there.
As far as sales, Aranburu and Forssell in particular have been garnering a lot of interest.

Not sure I'll sell either. Swaps probably preferred if I do. For Aranburu, just hit me with ideas. For Forssell I'd look for a similar or better hybrid that maybe has some cobbles skill over sprint?
Also! For swaps please include your riders' stats in any Discord or PM offer if possible because I won't have access to my full DB while I'm at work.

We're also willing to consider most of our riders in swaps, but unless we're getting a trainable rider back, we prefer to use mostly cash at the moment.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
We still have cap space and cash to burn. We understand that many are reluctant to do straight sales at this point due to the overall slow nature of the market. One solution we have for this is that we could arrange a swap deal where we receive the better/younger rider, but provide you with cash compensation on top. This would allow you to reach your training goals without leaving a scoring hole that you can't fill elsewhere in the market. possible targets for this type of deal include Aranburu(77/80 mtn/hill), Carthy (81/75 mtn/hill), and Walls(80/78 spr/acc), but we're open to considering it up and down the roster.
Full roster below. Only Galta is no longer with the team, and Arenas is loaned out already.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
Another option we're considering with our wage cap. We could take in a Lvl. 3 or 4 loanee and pay their entire wage if we get a significant fee back (a lot more than minimum). If you have cash to spend and are having trouble getting a taker for a subtop talent that fits your wage cap needs, let us know.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
We're rounding out our roster, and you might be rounding out yours too. Given that, we wanted to let you know that some riders are still available. If you're sitting on cash you don't know what to do with, you have an opportunity here.
As part of that process, we realized that we now, including loanees, have nine cobbled classics riders for eight race slots. That's too many! We're looking to part with at least one of those riders to put that roster spot to better use. Asking prices are what we'd need to put up a deal. As you see, some riders are still valued highly and are not expected to leave, but could be possible. We're open to negotiation (or favorable swaps), but please be aware that we don't plan to sell more than one of these riders, so the prices would go up further once one is sold.
As an added bonus, the first person to meet our asking price on any of these riders gets priority for any 1>3 loans we need in the coming days (with us paying full wage and you getting the fee).

Meiler was David Per's right hand man last year and excelled, putting up 298 points, almost 3 points per k wage. He then took a slight paycut, so he's an even better value now. Meiler is versatile and was a big part of our success last season, so he's not going to go for cheap, but the arrival of Menten means he's not absolutely essential and could go for a large fee. Would be a fantastic leader at the CT level.

Resell is a very strong engine on flat roads who has helped our several cobbled leaders for the last half decade. Vanthourenhout is a reliable domestique who has put up between 130-150 points in PT the last two seasons. In addition to his cobbles prowess, he's particularly useful because he doesn't mind uphills and can also help with your TTT squad. Unfortunately, given our numbers, he looks to be a bit of an odd man out in our current setup. He could go for an incredible value, and has an affordable wage in any division.

Finkst is a late bloomer who is also more of a versatile fighter than a pure classics rider. He is a beast on the flats, has some kick, and doesn't climb poorly. The crazy thing is, he is not yet maxed, so he has an even stronger form still to come. And since his XP is already 4.54, he is max-able beyond PT. In PCT or CT, he would already have potential as a late stage attacker or a key member of a leadout train. Last year he scored over 100 points as a Lvl. 3 rider.
Asking price: $300k
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As an aside, we're also considering selling Patrick Olesen. He is not a cobbled classics rider and certainly has a role on our team next year regardless of other moves, so we're not eager to get rid of him, but we could for the right price.

Olesen has been a stalwart of Carlsberg for many years, and still has multiple left at peak. His versatile skillset means he excels going up both short and long climbs, and can be an integral part of your stage race and hilly classics teams. He's also on a great wage for his OVL. He doesn't need to leave, but he yearns a bit to take on a more superdomestique role in PCT or CT again.

RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
We received interest in most of the riders above overnight, but nothing that we felt made sense for us to take at this time. As a reminder, meeting our asking price on any of the riders above (including Vanthourenhout, who costs only 100k) gets you dibs on any 1>3 loans we need in the coming days (with us paying full wage and you taking the minimum allowed fee).
Two notes:
1) We received some interest in loan deals for these riders. We could be interested in loaning someone above out if we take full wage, and the fee is very significant. We're not in budget or cap problems, and our loan cap is already full, so any loan deal would need to be an advantageous to us given the loss of scoring.
2) We've also had interest in swaps. Swaps could definitely work, but I'd need to see them providing around the cash value listed above, if that makes sense. But if you have a good rider(s) and would rather have a cobbler, it's an option and we're happy to consider.

The above two posts still apply. We're in some discussions but won't be confirming anything until at least American morning, so feel free to hop in if you're interested.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
As noted, we will pay Dalby's wage and pay you the minimum 1>3 fee ($375,000) just for the joy of leveling him up for the year.
Whoever meets our asking price to buy any rider listed below* gets the loan immediately. If you have some sticker shock, remember that the loan portion means you essentially get a free profit and a solid rider for buying Finskt, Olesen, or Vanthourenhout.

Time for transfers is obviously running out, so we don't have lots of time to settle this. If you don't jump in first (or by sometime tomorrow morning in America), this arrangement will probably be gone. So reach out if you have interest!
*Separate from this loan deal, Vanthourenhout is still available for 100k or negotiable offer.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy
Vanthourenhout is being sold for 150k. We consider that deal to be as final as is allowed under the Transfer Rules. If you want to overbid, it must be very significant, and please come to me first.
We have received an offer of 310k for Olesen that also involves us taking a worse rider back as a wage offset. We'd prefer no wage offset as we don't value that rider.
I'll continue to accept an offer that matches our asking price with no rider included as a wage offset, or an offer that includes a better rider/more money, until I wake up tomorrow morning (Eastern Daylight Time in the U.S.). After that, the deal will go through, and that manager will also get Dalby's 1>3 loan, worth 375k with no wage. So act fast if you're interested!

Dalby has gotten his loan, and with him Olesen is out the door. Those deals are set.
We have 67,500 wage cap space left and a bit of cash to left to spend or use on minimum training. Open both to buying a rider up to that wage, or adding the cash to a favorable swap deal where we take on up to that much more wage. Hit us up if you have ideas. Otherwise, we will fill out our roster in FA tonight and call it on transfers.
