These files have not changed from the preliminary versions except for the addition of the newest teams, Redownload is not necessary if you are already working on the earlier versions.
PCT teams have a total of 163 race days, including their and PTHC race days.
CT teams have a total of 140 race days,
CT teams can also select HC race days, keeping in mind there are very limited HC slots available for most races.
C1+C2 Completion Instructions
First fill out the yellow cells at the top of the tab with the team and band selection information (PCT Only).
PCT teams will be required to sign up to at least 12 C2 race days, which is 4 more than last season.. The restrictions on riders they can enter into C2 races are as following: It will be a maximum OVL of 74.49, with stat restrictions on Cobbles and TT/PRL having a max of 76 in any of those categories in races that feature this terrain.
To select a race, put a '1' in the yellow cells in column K.
Priorities
Column L is the priorities column. This is necessary, because you will not be guaranteed entry into every race you want to ride - due to the limit of 24 teams per race.
PCT teams receive prioritized entry into C1 races by default.
CT teams receive prioritized entry into C2 races by default.
This means you have guaranteed entry into those races.
PCT teams: You need to put a priority marker next to every C2 race you wish to enter. Put "P1" by your top priority race, "P2" by your next priority, and so on. With the amount of CT teams this year, please give enough priorities for C2 as many races will be quickly oversubscribed.
CT teams: You need to put a priority marker next to every C1 and HC race you wish to enter. Put "P1" by your top priority race, "P2" by your next priority, and so on. Again, please give quite a few priorities there.
All teams should then include at least eight additional NX priority markers "N1", "N2", "N3", "N4", ... next to races you have not signed up for in your initial selection. These represent your back-up races, in case you do not receive entry to your initial selections. They can be in any category, although for PCT teams, they should only be necessary for C2 races. This will help to quicken the race assignment process, although in each case, you will be asked to confirm you are happy with the proposed change - and have the opportunity to change your mind.
It may be that eight extra races are not enough. In that case, we will follow up for additional choices. However, note that for any additional races, you will no longer receive prioritized entry into your main divisional races over teams from the other division. Feel free to send in a longer backup list to speed things up.
Example of how this works:

Then they have 8 NX choices. These need to go by races they haven't selected.

If you fail to add priorities to your file, you are more likely to lose out on your aimed races!

Scenarios:
1) They wanted to be in Olympia TTT, but it has only 1 slot left after PCT teams have chosen and two CT teams wanted in. The other team gave it P1, this one only gave it P7 - so this team loses out. We can't give them top choice Romandie as that is 6 RD, so we give them a space in GP Lugano instead.
2) They are rejected from 6 C1 RD. We give them Romandie, which isn't full.
3) They are rejected from 6 C1 RD, but Romandie is also full. We give them GP Lugano and Coppa Placci. Coppa Placci was full, but we kick out a PCT team. The CT team still needs 2 more RD to fill, and no other options, so we need to ask them.
They say they want Viana do Castelo. But this is also full, and as it was not in their 8 NX choices, we will no longer kick out a PCT team, they need to pick something else.
Keep in mind that while the Tour of America is C1 rated, it will be given HC point scale!
Submission is (1) in discord to UlrichU or (2) uploading the file to your Dropbox folder and PMing ManGame-Admin to say your C1/C2 choices are done.

Wildcards (PCT Only)
Wildcard requests should be completed by entering a priority from 1 (highest) to n (lowest) for each race of the type you have purchased in column B. You can only request wildcard if you have entered the required fee on your transfer sheet. If no races are available of the type you select you will be offered other types. If you do not wish to take the alternative or there are no other openings your payment will be refunded.
Wildcard use no race days and score no points.
Submission is (1) in discord to UlrichU or (2) uploading the file to your Dropbox folder and PMing ManGame-Admin to say your wildcard choices are done.
If you do not purchase wildcards please either message UlrichU in discord or message ManGame-Admin to say you are not purchasing wildcards. This will speed up the process.

All C1+C2 selections are in, except 1, so thanks to all for that. It looks like PCT teams will be fine, no C2 races are oversubscribed at this point although that could change as C1 and HC oversubscriptions are resolved but should be minimal.
There are oversubscriptions in HC and C1, initial PMs will go out tonight with more later in the week. No action required unless you get a PM from Ulrich.

C1 + C2 selection PMs are now out to all managers who are impacted. All but 3 CT managers missed out on at least one race, the largest impact was 31 race days, most have between 8 and 15 days impacted.
No PCT managers have had changes yet.
If you don't have a PM you are probably good to go but as impacted managers replace races it could have a knock on impact.
For those who have received PMs please respond as soon as you are able to so we can wrap this step up and confirm calendars (other than PCT wildcards).
