With 2021 in the rear view mirror, it's time to get your nominations in for the 2021 PCMDaily awards!

When you've sent your nominations, please post in this thread in order to bump it, so we get as many nominees as possible.
Rules and Deadlines
1. You're allowed to nominate up to three members/topics per award.
2. You do not have to place nominations for every award.
3. We are hoping voting will start by next weekend, so nominations must be in by 23:59 on the 14th of January (Daily Time). The sooner the better though, as we will need time to set up the voting threads.
4. Banned members are not eligible for any award.
5. Members with more than 20 posts are allowed to vote.
6. Nominations have to be PM'ed to cunego59.
7. There is no minimum or maximum limit on how many can be included in a poll, it will depend on the amount and spread of nominations for that category.
8. When the voting takes place, you are allowed to vote once in every category.

If you have any questions about the technicalities of a particular category, please ask below.
Note 1: Site Initiative is for an admin-led activity. The idea of User Project is to reward a member for the work they do on a particular activity, not to vote for the activity itself, which may be eligible for the Forum Thread or Forum Game awards. So when nominating for a user project please include the member's name, and the activity you are nominating them for.
Note 2: The Graphical Artist award is for non-Jersey related graphics.
Note 3: MG Manager of the Year is not meant to reward the team's performances - the intention is to repay the manager's commitment to the game when it comes to helping out, reporting, staying active etc.
Note 4: New MG Manager of the Year is only for the additions of the 2020 season.
Note 5: WT Stage Race of the Year doesn't include Grand Tours.

The last couple of years, like half the categories had one nominatee that got in / missed the nomination cutoff by a single vote so i recommend everyone who likes the awards to submit at least a couple of nominations! |

Big shout-out to those involved (BBL/Cunego) for getting an Awards set-up this year! Y'all get my vote for "Awards Organisers Of the Year" at the very least.
Very happy to get two nominations  Very happy to get a couple of female cyclists & races nominated as well!

In previous years there was a group for "awards voters." I'm pretty sure anyone with more than 20 posts is supposed to be automatically added, but I guess with so many returning members it slipped through.
I'll see if an admin can fix it. Anyone else with this problem please post here!

Thanks so much for setting this up guys! In recent years it feels like this initiative is nearly forgotten (maybe not the right wording), but I think its super great to have our awesome community members recognized for their work.
