Are bugs EVER fixed for this game?

I see a lot of people reporting bugs, and I have experienced bugs myself in the last two annual versions of this game that I have upgraded from. Yet, the same bugs seem to be in the next versions and I see no activity from developers on actually making and posting bug fixes.

One particular bug that just burned me yet again, and is very reliable... In career mode, as your rider is trailing a teammate in the sprint to the finish line, if you (as I just did) realize as you start your own sprint that your teammate may cross the line in front of you, if you try to drag your teammate behind you (to follow you), the game locks right up. This also happens if there are other teammates of yours that you are not even following -- but they happen to be on their own and moving in front of your guy. If you try to drag them to be following you (again, to keep them from finishing ahead at the line), the game locks right up.

There is something about moving teammates around in positions during the finishing sprint that just blows the game right up, pretty much every time.

Should I hold my breath waiting for a fix for this?Angry

I wish I could offer reassurances, but I don't see a PCM that is generally bug free anywhere on the horizon.
