The Race Planner files for ProTour Teams are available. It is named according to your PTHC bands, so please check first if those are correct ! You are in the end responsible to check if the races in the planner are identical to your bands.
e.g. for PTHC bands 1,2,3 it is the following link. For any other combination of PTHC bands, which is several combinations in total, just change the numbers in chronological order (e.g. ..._3_4_6 or ..._2_5_6 and not ..._3_1_5).
https://pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2021/Files/PT_blank_1_2_4.xlsm
You will need to fill in the ID, Rider Name and Race Day allocation yourself, using the database. These details will of course be checked once you submit the file.
Remember that if you plan to do training, a rider's OVL will increase. You can check this though in the DB. With CTRL+SHIFT+O you can calculate the OVL post training and get an updated rd number.
The race clash button allows you to check for race clashes automatically. To check them click the 'Check Race Clashes' button and wait for a text box prompt to appear, telling you the check has been completed. If you can't use macros, then you'll have to manually keep track of which races clash!
The files also contain a macro, which will perform the Race Clash macro on just one row, or a selection of rows, at a time.
Simply select a cell in the row(s) you want to check the race clashes for, then do: CTRL+SHIFT+R.
In comparison, the race clash button always looks to check for all 30 of the available rider rows. So the new macro should make it quicker for you to check for clashes.
When completed upload to dropbox with the name "PT_TeamName" and PM ManGame-Admin to say it is there.
---
PCT/CT teams will receive their race planner file once all C1/C2 selection and Wildcard choices have been made. |

Clasica San Sebastian is missing in the 2_3_6 combo.

Here's a way to fix it:
Select columns CV to DC (Herbiers and Moscow)
Right click on the column list and select Unhide
Put a 1 in Cell CZ4.
Go to View -> Macros and run the 'Hiding' macro

Also, another note: the Paris Tours riders limit is wrong. It's 3 and it should be 8.

An error in the clash information unfortunately as the macro says there is a clash with Portugal / Tirreno.
You can fix this manually.
Open Sheet 2, delete N1 and N2 and move the list to the left then.
The macro might give you a mistake then as you would need to edit the 122 race clashes there to 121 as well. But not sure you know how to do this.
So there will come a new planner later on where you can copy over your data. |

Updated the planners and also included the 1-4-6 one.
Basically impacted are those that are in bands 1 or 6.
- Band 1 had a wrong clash error with Portugal and Copenhagen Malmo TTT
- Band 6 had Paris Tours on 3 riders only, which is fixed to 8
- Band 6 had San Sebastian now showing up, which also should be fixed in the new files. |

Wednesday, 29th, 24 BST!
Earlier than other two divisions but you had them earlier as well. |

At least that was SN's answer to the same question last year:
@Admins, might be a good idea to add this info to the instructions next time

From PCT/CT planner thread:
Remember that you must send at least 6 riders to each races to participate in those. |

You're right, it's in the "General race planner instructions (Recommended for new or forgetful managers)" spoiler - which I honestly didn't look at this time
