Career Mode and Gameplay

- 173 teams with up to date rosters and stats (8.5.2021)
Spoiler

- Updated sponsor regions for all existing teams to reflect sponsorship and roster structure
- Correct names for team managers as well as correct mail suffixes (WT and PT)
Real trainers, physicians and scouts
- Favorite races and weather for many of the major riders, updated popularity for all riders
- 2020 palmarès data and national champions
- Correct names for UCI World Tour, Vélo d'Or etc.
- Real life track cyclists

- Custom xml files to make quick sim more realistic, built on the work of DavyDepuydt from PCMWorld
- Custom xml files for regens to create balanced riders as well as a variety of different rider types (read more here)

- Updated 2021 calendar: Correct dates for all races as far as they're available. Races that have been moved due to Covid retain their original spots in the calendar (e.g. Paris-Roubaix, Mallorca Challenge etc.). Races that have not been held for Covid in 2020 or 2021 remain on the calendar with their dates (mostly) adjusted for weekdays
- Variants for many races including 2021 routes for many races including the UAE Tour, Tirreno-Adriatico, Paris-Nice, Itzulia Basque Country, Tour de Romandie and the Tour de France


Graphics

- 2021 shirts for all WorldTeams and ProTeams (including many accessoires and NC shirts) as well as for most Continental teams
- Updated rider photos for all WorldTeams and ProTeams as well as some Continental teams
- Updated logos for many races
- New logos for WorldTour and ProSeries replacing the CWT and PCT logos
- Correct equipment sponsors for many teams (bike frames for almost all WT and PT and some CT, wheels and helmets for some teams, too)
- Sponsor kits for a few races

Installation Guide

A clean installation of PCM is recommended, but the PCM.daily Database should be able to function alongside other DBs, too. Be aware though that the changes to the Regen and Simulation xml files as well as some of the graphics changes affect all careers, even those with other DBs.

1. Download the Database files.

2. Extract the files you downloaded. Everything from the Program Files folder goes into your main PCM directory, which is usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2020. When asked to overwrite files, say yes.

3. Everything from the Documents folder goes into the PCM folder in My documents, usually C:\Users\*YOUR_USERNAME*\Documents.

4. In game, when starting a new race or career, select the PCM.Daily 2021 DB.

5. And that's it! Enjoy the DB. If you have any questions or issues, please use the Support Thread.
