Help with Mini Jersey Tool

I wasn't sure where to put this, so I put it here...

When I try to run the Mini Jersey tool for PCM jerseys, it is giving me a .dll file missing error. I have downloaded the .dll but I'm not sure where to put it. Putting it in the Batch folder isn't solving the problem. Can anyone help?

.dll missing errors are generally caused by missing dependencies on Windows, for graphic-related stuff it generally has to do with some DirectX version not being installed, so my guess is that this is probably the case here. Maybe try to install a few older legacy DirectX versions and see if the problem is solved then.

Thanks Matt Smile Installing DirectX 9 worked.

Got my laptop formatted a couple of weeks back, so everything was gone. Actually faced the same issue when reinstalling PCM 18 but it worked only by putting the .dll file in the game's installation folder. But that didn't work this time.
