With the voting for the World Championship as it is, it has been decided to stop the previous voting and announce the results effective as of now:
Mountain - 22 votes
Hill - 9 votes
Cobbled - 8 votes
It is now decided that this season's World Championships will be held on a mountainous profile.
However, with quite a few managers showing interest in having some form of cobbles included in the profile, this second round of voting is being conducted.

In what must be one of the closest votes in MG history, the following is the result of the World Championship route vote to decide the Mountain profile type:
1) Mountain with cobbles - 24 votes
2) Mountain without cobbles - 22 votes
Phew, that was close! The actual profiles to decide the venue of the 2019 MG World Championships will be put up tomorrow.

I didn't vote here as my choice would've been very obvious and I didn't want to be the potentially deciding vote.
Let's wait for the route and how PCM plays it out, but I'm getting slightly nervous already...
