The exact schedule will be edited soon.
For now those counts:
1. Shift of deal confirmation open time
2. All FAs with latest bidder before downtime have 60 hour deadlines
All FAs with latest bidder after downtime have 48 hour deadlines |

Not really sure if a change is needed due to the downtime, it happened in the first 48 hours where no deadlines could be missed.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

For future reference: 21-09-2019 12:58 was the first bid after the downtime.
EDIT: Wrong time zone.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

12:58 BST, considering that's what the initial timeline has been based on.

Neither myself or roturn have much time to put too much words on this now as we both have other places to be.
But yes, although transfers are early and many managers have said they were not affected; we want to have a consistent downtime policy regardless of point in time of transfers - and the same 10-11 hour downtime would certainly have more of an affect if repeated again later (although we hope it won't be).
12 hours shift chosen as it very nearly was 12 hours, and for FA timings this makes it easily translatable.
Extra time will also be incorporated for loan and trade discussions, so as to not penalise those who only use the forum to discuss these deals. As these had not yet opened, they won't need to be shifted as much as 12 hours. Ran out of time to finalise this with roturn before he had to go, but my feeling is that: Sunday 8pm BST will be a reasonable adjustment for the start point for deal confirmation threads.

Please shift maximum 10 hours, so that the order stays correct and later bids are not finished earlier than earlier bids, that would be a horrible mix-up imo.

Would appreciate that whatever outcome, (when time and availability permits), Roturn/SN updates the timeline in the 1st thread of the original 'transfer timeline 2019' thread (https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread...st_1337818). As explained thus far is not crystal clear to me what the new outcome is, that would avoid any potential for confusion on ayones behalf.
Thanks!

So are we getting confirmation on when FA's will seal and when Deals are allowed?
