A whole career at Multiplayer?

Hello Guys,

Is it possible at Cycling Manager 2019 to play a whole career with a friend in a multiplayer game? I like to do transfers and I like the manager part and the point if my riders are in good shape or not a.s.o.

So can I play a whole career over more seasons with a friend? or is it only possible to play a few races without the real manager part?
