Which one would you suggest? Which one is less glitchy?

It all comes down to whether you want to play a 2018 season db or have it updated to 2019 teams. The RSM/PCM.Daily 2019 DB is built off the PCM18 lite pack, as a number of the PCM Lite pack team are involved with the RSM project.

All dbs have glitches / bugs and they only come to light when people play them more. There is support for both dbs on the forum and there has been a recent update to the RSM release, which is a good thing. I am about the download the RSM/PCM.Daily db, as it is a team I have been part of in the past and I trust their work.
