Really nice to see a race i put so many efforts to report being nominated as best race of the season.

A hard choice for me between Tour and Flanders. The latter was a super report, with the "live" component that made it epic, and also saw a surprising defeat of the monster of the cobbles.

And TDF had really everything to make it a legendary one. A former winner beating 3 eternal candidates, after an incredible battle over 21 days, with a race-changing crash, that probably only made the last week even more exciting; the invencible guy in TTs choking hard when he could have really got the GC win in the final TT, Sagan miracolous performances in the mountains until he crashed several times, Lutsenko's aggresivity, a great battle in the sprints, Strava creating crosswinds. Pretty much no boring stage in 21 days. Wow, didn't really remember how good the race was... And imho, i don't think i'll report a race better than i did with TDF

For me the TdF will always be the best race ever due to me finally (after 7 seasons) winning it. Analyzing the race for 4-5 seasons atleast and giving it different approaches made it perfect to finally win it, although I wouldn't have if Täaramäe didn't crash.

It was very interesting throughout though!
