When adding an article

Hey i just added an article some few minutes ago... and well i tryed to preview it and i wondered why the bb codes (for my link didnt work... then i tried to replace the bb code with html code ( <a href="mylink">name of link</a> ) but i didnt work either.. so my question is that just some mistake? Smile or is there another way to create links when adding an article

The editor which is available for the public isn't very advanced - however, when submitting it it's viewed by an admin who has a much more advanced editor available - and it'll therefore show both BB-codes and links. So, it's not a mistake, and it'll be submitted even though it doesn't look like it from a user's point of view.
