Thanks for the Daily MG, I have re-discovered by motivation for making jerseys and graphics for PCM.
I will not be taking requests at first, however, my plan is to release packs based on former cycling teams over the years (HTC-Highroad, Lampre, Euskaltel etc.) as well as some current teams.
They will be re-designs to bring the older teams 'up to date' with the modern peleton, whilst the current team re-designs will give alternatives to those playing long careers in PCM18.
I am open to suggestions on who can receive the re-design treatment, but custom/full requests will not be taken or considered.
By current team redesigns would that include having a reimagining of a retro version of their jersey/ sponsor combo? If so I'd be interested in seeing the Blue early to mid 2000's era AG2R prevoyance jersey have a reimagining.
It would also be cool to see Vacansoeil resurrected and brought up to date. They were my first PCM career and I really enjoyed playing with their leaders Poels and De Gendt with I think it was Romain Feillu as their sprinter. Would be cool to get them as a new sponsor for Roompot who seem to be almost a spiritual successor to the team, even if they only came into existence a couple of seasons later they seem to have had quite a few former Vacansoleil riders amongst their roster. Especially if you want to branch out from 100% Dutch as Roompot currently are.
A Team Polti jersey would also be cool. A lot a great riders like Luc Leblanc, Abdoujaparov, Virenque and Bugno represented the team in the 90s. It would be awesome to see a more modern take on that jersey. Maybe you can make those hopeless yellow and green colors work together
Really missing them in the peleton today. A new take on that classic shirt could be fun to see.
