What does it mean? Maximum number of race days for a driver? How many days the riders are planned for?
Is there a place where you can find how many days each rider can have per season without negative effects?
I've been winning quite a lot so far, but all my drivers are either very unhappy or annoyed, so I suspect it has something to do with their number of race days, but I'm quite clueless what is wrong. Any ideas?
When you open the season page for each rider you can see his satisfation about race days/prestige/route, you have to check there why they are unhappy.
You can manage to race 120 day as well and be in good shape on WC, but personally I prefer to manage about 90 race days in whole season per rider
Indeed you can see in each rider's season page the different possible reasons. They can be unhappy based on the quantity of races, the prestige not being high enough, or the routes being bad for them.
The numbers in the planner mean "Number of race days completed" / "Number of race days planned in the schedule". Not sure how many race days is needed for the riders to be happy or if it varies for riders. In my experience around 60 race days is enough for them to be happy with the quantity, but they may become unhappy at some point of the year if they have too long a break.
Also not sure about whether there is a maximum they can do. In terms of fatigue racing is similar to training at maximum intensity. The only difference is that racing brings you to your fitness peak quicker. But it doesn't tire you out faster than maximum intensity training as far as I gather.. So as long as you make sure you have complete rest weeks somewhere where there is no training and no racing, you can race a lot without getting fatigued.
