PTHC together with PT teams.
HC as PCT only (basically)
C1 as PCT base races
C2 as CT base races
You will definitely participate in all 4!
Plus potentially wildcards. |

Actually it`s C2 and C1. Both for PCT and CT teams.
In addition you ride the C2HC races with CT teams only. |

RD is the number of race days it'll consume for a rider/team. Classics cost 2 RDs, so almost all races that cost 2RD are actually one-day races

So other than the classics the rest are stages races with as many RD as number of stages? Why are classics penalized? |

Because otherwise classics would give too many points in return for the amount of race days invested (or at least that's what I think the main reason is)
