Hi everyone,
I'm currently adding some races in a db of mine, but if I am in the STA_Race and I want to set a fkIDfirst_stage or a fkIDlast_stage, they are all allready occupied for another race. So my question is how to add some new "cells" in the fkIDfirst/last_stage, or how to overcome this problem in general if adding "cells" can't be done.

Do you use fast editor? If so, try unticking ''Use lists in grid'' under settings

I have added the Gree tour of Guangxi and if I open one-off race the stage overview looks normal, but if I want to do a race with it, the route switches to the grand prix of quebec. If I'm doing career, the race isn't in the program/calendar. help |

Did you name the stage files correctly? These need to be based on gene_sz_filename.
In the case of Guangxi, you'll probably have something like top_guangxi there, which means your stage files should be top_guangxi_01_2018.cds/zces etc.

Try to follow this tip for adding new races to the DB, maybe you did something wrong and that's why it doesn't appear in a career mode your race

does it matter if the file name is _2017 or _2018? because I have a 2018 db, but the name is _2017, because I basically have done everything just as said in the link. |

It shouldn't matter, so probably something else went wrong. Maybe you can upload your cdb so someone can take a look at it?

Click Reply (next to the new thread) and then add the file in Attach File
Or upload to an external host such as Dropbox, Mediafire etc.
In both cases, the cdb only will do, as long as you give the exact filenames for the race (a screen also works for that)

Two problems:
1. You didn't fill in fkID_firststage and laststage
2. Your stage IDs in sta_stage did not have the correct IDs. If the race ID is 620, the stage Ids should be 1620-2620-...-6620, and this 1620 and 6620 would go in fkID_firststage and laststage in STA_race
