PCM on PS4: Questions about pack's instalation and gameplay

Hi everyone,
I'm thinking about buying PCM for my PS4, but I have some questions first.
1. Can I install packs like the Expansion Pack or ITApack? If not, is the original DB enough?
2. Does it come with the Pro Cyclist mode we have on PC? It's my favourite mode.
3. What are the main differences to the PC version?

First of all, there's not a PCM for PS4. There is a Tour de France game

1. You only have the original DB unless Cyanide released a patch with a post-Tour DB

2. As it's a different game, there is not a Pro Cyclist mode

3. You don't manage a team like in PCM, and you can only ride Tour de France. Also, in-game they are two completely different games
