Can't upload DB to Workshop

With the newest version of the game, PCM detects and warns the player if a DB is incomplete or could work unproperly and so, it doesnt let upload it to the steam workshop.

We ve been playing a tournament with the "incomplete DB" for months and now game doesnt allow us to update it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

You should probably report this to Cyanide themselves really.
