Can´t launch the game anymore

Hey,

since 2 weeks the game won´t launch anymore. Sometimes it crashes instantly, sometimes i get a 5-10 second black screen.

The game worked perfectly fine with no problems for almost a year, but know i can´t find a solution.
I have reinstalled the game 3 times, deleted all files, updated all drivers, ect.

The Crash Report tells me this:

..\File\File.cpp(0408): 15:44:29 | C_File::Open ArmadaNames f3d1
..\File\File.cpp(0531): 15:44:29 | Failed to open file F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2016/ArmadaNames with errno=2: No such file or directory

Anyone here who could help me please ?

It looks like the game can't retrieve a file, but I don't think that such file is even supposed to be there at all. I'd contact steam support for this one.

The game is working now.
There was something broken in AMD Graphic Drivers. They released a hotfix today.

Still don´t unterstand what the crash report tried to tell me ^^
