Started playing this game last week and still struggling understanding most of the stuff but slowly getting there Smile

Im getting my schedule ready for my objective but I gotta choose between getting a rider at 100% fitness with ~30% fatigue or 97% fintness with ~8% fatigue, I think 100% fitness gives a bonus and I know 25+ fatigue gives a penalty but not sure which one I should choose here.

If the race is a major objective that is not followed by other important races, you should probably favour the better fitness, whereas if you want a longer peak without particularly favouring a race over another, you'd be better off favouring the lower fatigue level so you can recover more quickly.

Its the tour of turkey, 6 day race and no other races after that one , does fatigue decreases the rate I will recover day / day in this tour?
